Referral Agreement – Lorente Film LTD

The Parties to this Agreement are:

1. The Company:TOOTING CREATIVE STUDIOS T/A LORENTE FILM LTD. (No. 09480943) whose registered office is situated at Unit 2, 14 Locks Lane, CR4 2JX.
2. The Referee/You: Any person, entity, association or corporate body referring a client to The Company.

Referee Reward Specifics

• There is no limit to the number of References The Referee can make.
• The Referral Monetary Reward is £250 in Studio Credit to be used with any Services provided by The Company.
• A Reference only becomes a Referral once a booking with The Company by The Client has been made and the services fully completed.
• Cash payments will be made by The Company 30 days after the Referral. Studio Credit will be redeemable with The Company immediately after The Referral.
• The Company is not responsible for any payment of any applicable taxes, including but not limited to, VAT or any other statutory deductions in relation to any Referral Monetary Reward payable to The Referee.
• Referrals are not transferable.
• The referee must be known or have some provable connection to the company.

Reference Specifics

• Clients who are referred must not currently be registered, known by or already in contact with The Company.
• References must be made in advance of any Services taking place between The Company and any Client Any Referral claim made after a will not be valid.
• In the instance of repeat custom between The Company and any Client, a referral fee is only valid on the first job being completed.
• If more than one person refers a client to The Company, whichever Referee recommended The Company first will receive the referral fee. The Client may determine who was first to recommend The Company.
• All cash redemptions of the Referral Monetary Reward must be invoiced to The Company and are only valid for 6 months after The Referral.

General

• The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to alter this Referral Agreement at any point or to terminate the Referral Scheme.
• For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any dispute arising between The Referee and The Company, The Company’s decision will be final and conclusive.
